From your plant list to your customer's phone

Here's exactly how the app works—for your office, your crew, and your landscaper customers. No jargon, no mystery.

  • You keep one source of truth for availability and pricing
  • Customers order from a branded app with their own login
  • Your crew pulls from clean, organized pick lists

The day-to-day loop

Once your app is live, this is the whole workflow. Three steps, over and over.

1) You update availability

Change counts, prices, sizes, or photos in one place—by CSV upload, a connection to your existing system (Counterpoint, QuickBooks, spreadsheets), or directly in the app. Every customer's app updates instantly.

2) Customers browse & order

Landscapers open your app on their phone, search your live inventory, see their pricing, and submit orders—from the job site, the truck, or the office. No signal? The app works offline and syncs later.

3) You fulfill from pick lists

Orders land in your dashboard, not your voicemail, and each one generates a pick list grouped by growing location. Customers watch status without calling—and reorder from history in minutes.

What your customers see

A clean, branded app with your logo—in the App Store, Google Play, and the browser. Each customer logs in and gets:

  • Live availability — current counts, sizes, grades, and photos
  • Their pricing — the rates you've agreed to, applied automatically
  • Fast search & filters — find the right plants in seconds
  • A cart that waits — build an order over days, submit when ready
  • Quote & special order requests — ask for pricing on big jobs or plants you don't stock, right in the app
  • Photo requests — "show me that row of maples" without driving out
  • Direct-ship requests — deliveries routed straight to the job site
  • Order history & favorites — reorder for recurring projects in minutes

What your team sees

Less phone time, more control. On your side of the app:

  • One inventory to maintain — update once, every customer sees it
  • Per-customer pricing rules — set it once, no more "what's my price?" calls
  • Orders in a queue — review, adjust, and confirm instead of transcribing voicemails
  • Pick lists by location — grouped by greenhouse, field, or block; print or use on a tablet
  • Quote and special-order requests — answered on your schedule, with a paper trail
  • Exports anytime — orders, customers, and inventory as CSV or Excel; your data stays yours

Getting set up: from first call to launch

Most nurseries go live in 4–8 weeks. Here's the whole process.

Week 0 — Free consultation

A 30-minute call. We look at your plant list, how you price, and how orders flow today. You get a clear proposal with exact pricing—no obligation.

Weeks 1–6 — We build, you review

We import your inventory and pricing, apply your branding, and set up customer accounts. Then you and a few trusted customers try the app while we adjust it to match how your nursery actually runs.

Weeks 6–8 — Launch

Your app goes live on the web and in the app stores. We help you announce it to your customer list—then handle updates, backups, and support from there.

How-it-works questions

The details nursery owners ask about most.

Three ways: upload a CSV using our template (most popular), connect the system you already use (Counterpoint, QuickBooks, and others), or enter and edit plants directly in the app. We set this up with you during onboarding.

You send them a link. They can use it in any browser immediately, or install your branded app from the App Store or Google Play. You control who gets an account and what pricing each account sees.

The app keeps working. Customers can browse the catalog they last loaded and build orders offline; everything syncs automatically when they're back in range. Job sites with bad reception stop being a problem.

Of course. The app doesn't force anyone to change overnight—it gives customers a better option. Most nurseries find the majority of regulars switch on their own once they've placed one or two orders in the app.
